Sometimes the exercises that you do, don't target all the places that you would like to firm up or flatten out. Playing sports is great, but it won't target the abdomen area. You need to do tummy crunches daily, maybe use a workout ball to do them with along with push-ups. The workout ball helps target those muscles in the tummy area while you are doing those exercises. Just make sure that you tighten those muscles while doing them. Realistically it should take you about a month to see any difference or change in your abdomen area. Also staying away from real fatty foods, like Mcdonalds, burger king, etc and soda will help keep the pooch down. Drink lots of water daily as well. Good luck to you.

Your dream is very positive. You're lying back watching the clouds just as you are watching the events in your life go by. Everything has clarity and definition, and there is variety as well. You're in a relaxed position indicating that you feel strong and confident about the way things are progressing. The sun feels good and colorful butterflies surround you. These are all the options and opportunities that you have right now, and they are plentiful. They can also signify the people in your life right now. Bright, energetic and beautiful, you are surrounded by positive energy from most every direction. This is a wonderful time for you where you are the one who's in charge of your life, and things are going extremely well. Seize some of those opportunities!

Just do sit ups, start with a few the first week and each week increase the amount you do every night. Example. Day one - day seven do 10 sit up each night Day Eight thru day 15 do 15 sit ups each night. till you can get to about 50 sit ups a night. Should tighten your tummy right up

Well, i had one when i was your age, although im only a little older than you are. Hmm, that year i did a lot of different abdominal workouts, crunches, running. Specific excercises to that part of the body. It worked really well for me... I have a four pack, and flat stomach now.

goodluck :)

Pilates is, I think, the best help for belly-fat loss that I can come up with. Or, if you're really worrying about what "pudge" affecting your happiness, try Slim-Fast.

i had a problem just like that. the best way to tone it down with excercise is lay off of the sugar and especially carbonated drinks like coke or something like that. that was how i lost mine and i had to be patient too. i got that advice from my family doctor.
