I live in Drumnadrochit near Loch Ness and we've had snow today which has turned mushy. The roads will be OK though as we are used to it up here! Just don't take any risks speeding etc., and you'll be fine. Make sure you have plenty of fuel in your vehicle and take a blanket, a bar of chocolate, a drink and a good torch. Totally standard winter precautions, we all do it - just in case. Also make sure your mobile phone is fully charged up.
Enjoy your trip.

It's snowy at the usual points - Spean Bridge / Fort William area. Basically if you're travelling in the Highlands tonight or tomorrow moring, take care because there may be some snow. It's also very windy and rainy.
