Very high in fat and calories. I don't know exactly how much, but the cream and the pastry are very high.

Cholesterol as well.

I made cream puffs last night. The "shells" have four eggs and a stick of butter. The filling in pudding with whipping cream substituted for milk.

I'd say high in everything (including deliousness) is a good guess.
