i use grey/silver hair dye and everytime i do after the first time i wash my hair the color starts to get brasy fades and some parts get dirty blond. i have tired a few hair dyes but they all do the same thing. i asked an older freind from work who use to be a beauticain and she said put filler in my hair b4 i dyed it and it did the same thing. i use tigi catwalk thats made for colored hair but it doesn't seem to work in keeping the color well. i was thinking of getting color locking shampoo made for blonds. would it work or can anyone reccomend something else

Yes. You absolutely can. The same ingriedients in blonde hair shampoo that help make blonde hair more brillant will prevent grey/white hair from yellowing.

Additionally, Pantene makes a shampoo specially forumlated for grey/silver/white hair to help keep it looking its best. It is called: Pantene Pro V Silver Expressions. This shampoo aids in prevention of yellowing, and in keeping silver hair (often noted for being more coarse and dry) silky and well moisturized. But, I do not know how this would react with your hair dye since the product advertises that it removes elements that are harmful to hair (I guess that could mean hair dye).

I would look into the Aveda line of shampoos. Most shampoos use sodium laurel sufate to aid in the sudsy, soapy formula. This chemical really removes a lot of moisture and good oils from the hair along with the good. Aveda and other environmentally conscious hair companies do not use much or any sodium laurel sulfate in their products. A product with less sodium laurel sulfate is going to be easier on color treated hair than one otherwise.

my hair is dyed and that i exploit treseme u can by utilising it for what ever colour your hair is inclusive of for blonds they have blond shampoo and conditioner. i particularly propose it on your colored hair! i'm hoping i helped!!! =)

yea they have something called brilliant blond that should do the trick it brings the blond to a shine nice look..
