Well the US immigration delays my cases almost forever, when I call they are extremely rude and it seems like they don't want me to integrate on the paper work level. I am in the US legaly and I am not a muslim. Is the US immigration just incompetent or are they just doing this to me? if so how can I get them to chill. I lived In the US for five years now and I cant really go forward with my career unless they give me the go.

bureaucratic monster IMMIGRATION

As I have mentioned many times before. ICE.... INS.... whatever they call themselves these days needs to be completely torn down and edified with specific departments with specific job details... They must be held accountable for their work ethics. You for example as a law abiding citizen (hopefully) do not have racist reasons for reporting someone does not even know who to report them too.... This bureaucratic monster of a department does not serve the Public in its work... nor does it serve its purpose in granting work permits for those who have applied.... what good are they? They have the attitude that I will get to them when I get to them not just to the people who they are supposed to serve .... But to the USA citizen who in essence supplies them with that paycheck that they do not earn..... Heads up...... Rebuild this monster of a department while building this wall across the border.

The current name is USCIS - United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. I work with this department every day through my job with an Attorney's office. You get out of USCIS what you put in. If you are rude and belligerent, expect the same from them. They can only do what their resources allow them to do. I have not had any really issues with any one, either on the phone or in writing in the six years I have had to deal with them. Yes, they can be incompetent, but hey, point me at someone who isn't at some time. If you cannot get an answer, get in touch with your Congressman.

It's our government, hurry up and wait. And yes that is why we have illegal aliens and Americans need to change their attitudes. What is wrong with people? The government can do as they please unfortunately. They are truly clueless as to the problems that some outdated laws cause. and what goes on around them. I got a call from a friend in the military one day he was angry because they still thought the USO provided breakfasts and things and did not want to raise allowances because of that.

I think all immigration to the US should be stopped for 10 years. Get other countries in the habit of solving their own problems, for a change, there. Let them learn to do for themselves, and have done with it.

That is just nothing but typical governmental bureaucracy.

It is just a civil service job and as such the people that work these places cannot be fired short of them going postal in the workplace no mater how bad they screw up or how hideously rude they are to people.

I've been trough many immigration interviews and they've never been rude to me, and I've received my work permit, fingerprint notices and my green card in no time, maybe you're being rude to them, or something, because is not the way they usually treat people, unless they've notice an attitude, try to be nice and polite and they'd probably hurry up your process.

If you present an attitude even remotely like the one as perceived in the statement you just made, no wonder they are not more polite to you. Have you tried to be gracious, helpful, and kind? I suspect you are the aggressive, demanding type, that has little patience.... I hope they delay you until you give up, your attitude seems more fit for somewhere outside the US.

If you don't like the way we do things here why don't you go somewhere else? There are plenty of countries that will let you in without even asking for an ID.

That's the reason why many people go illegal. I hope the US will do something for you soon. Good luck.
