Jesus told the story of the men working in the field.
Some started early, and were to be paid $20.
A couple started later, and they were still to get $20.
And a few started late in the day, and still got $20!
Jesus said that's how the Kingdom is. Even some religious people don't like this. Like, I've been good all this time, and he just started being good. Why should he get the same?
GOT A PROBLEM WITH IT?
TUFF!

In the Book of Matthew the Lord Jesus Christ was dealing with the Nation of Israel and He was using parables so the rules of Israel could not understand. Matthew 13: 10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? Matthew 13: 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. Christianity has nothing to do with what you do but all about what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you. He died for your sins He was buried and took your sins away and He rose again the third day for your justification. Put your faith and trust in that and all your sins will be forgiven. Ephesians 2: 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Jesus became flesh so as to pay the sin debt for mankind. All of mankind. If you were alive when He walked the earth, or if you will be born a thousand years from now. Jesus forgives AND forgets, if we accept Him as Savior. That is why it doesn't matter what you were, but what you want to become in Him. God bless.

We are taught to love God first and foremost over everything! Second greatest commandment is to love one another as Jesus has loved us.

Asking for forgiveness and following Christ (see the above) is the way into Heaven.

Jealousy (in this case) is an ugly and unbecoming emotion...

Christianity teaches that there's NOTHING we can do...it's all by the Grace and Mercy of God. OUR part is to either accept it or reject it.....that parable above is showing that everyone has equal opportunity with God....no preferential treatment!
