I have not heard of a "water diet" specifically, but it only makes sense that if you're drinking 3 eight ounce glasses of water with each meal, you are most likely not to eat as much food. If you're eating less food, you'd lose weight. And it's certainly not a bad way to make sure you're getting plenty of water! :)

at least it isn't some kind of pill.
also most women who think there too fat and ugly really aren't
some guys like more cushion for the pushin' so to speak.
even though you don't really sleep with someone to get ahead
anyway a water diet doesn't sound like it would make things worse unless you retain a lot of water
i also heard it's very healthy to drink one ounce of water for one pound of body weight per day.
i try to do do that. and i don't get as sic and as often as i used to. i really reccomend you try it. it isn't like its going to hurt you. i don't think you would drown or anything

that's not a diet that is the recommended hydration per day.
no you won't lose weight you just won't dehydrate, develop kidney stones or gall stones... your arteries won't get brittle, your kidneys will remain clean and active.... your blood pressure will be moderated with proper hydration...
water is essential.. it washes out toxins, keeps your body flexible.. maintains body temperature.. so on.
water is nessesary.
don't over do water... you can kill yourself with it by drinking way too much and washing out your minerals.
proper diet is something like this: www.mypyramid.gov this also makes notice about the hydration using water statistics per daily requirement.

yeah it really does work
reba mackintire (sp?) lost 30 lbs drinking a gallon of water a day
it flushes out the fat in your system and makes you feel fuller so you eat less...plus the bonus is that its great for your skin

when you start eating normal again you will gain every bit of it back plus some, these diets are a quick fix, not a long term solution. while it is said that drinking while eating can curb your appetite, making you eat less in order to get full, but again when you start eating normally again, you will gain the weight back

drinking the water, helps you to feel fuller so you don't eat as much, so you take in less calories and can lose weight. not a guarantee if you eat more calories than you burn but it can help. only way to lsoe weight is to eat healty, exercise and burn more calories than you consume
