A 9x13 casserole dish is 3 qts/12 cups. I have never seen a 10x10 dish. Don't go out and buy anything you don't have to. Certainly you have something that is compariable that you could use. I would think the standard 9x13 should be close, or even better would be a 7x11 iand that is a readily available sized casserole dish found anywhere, and that hold abt 21/2 qts.

That depends on how high you fill it. I've never seen a casserole dish that size, and most casserole dishes are round because the food cooks more evenly in a round dish. With a square pan, the corners will burn before the center is cooked. However, try e-bay. They seem to have almost everything anyone could want. Sort of like an on-line garage sale......
