First off, look at Chicken. There are Bioler Fryers, you might need to make two. Capons (the single most flavorful bird in history), Cornish Hens and Goose.
Either of these are more flavorful than a turkey. You can use virtually the same recipies with the same stuffing, but the bird itself is 3 times better tasting.
I would use a Capon or a Goose, you just can't beat them.

My parents often make Roast Beef or a big pot of Chili for Thanksgiving because they hate eating turkey.

My family will sometimes do a leg of lamb or a fresh pork roast. We eat turkey throughout the year, so it's not that big of a deal to eat it on T-Day.

a vegan selection for mashed potatoes?? potatoes are a plant that grows contained in the floor, it doesnt get extra vegan than that. for protien i'd truthfully bypass with some variety of lentil dish. indian nutrients has lots of unique recommendations on a thanks to apply vegan pleasant meals. i'd verify them out
