God cares for you to repent and cease sinning and turn around so you do not get destroyed along with the wicked.
2Peter 3:9
"Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance."

That depends on your belief. If you believe in a God or some form of deity, then pretty much all religions stress the ideology of doing good to your fellow human. Bad behavior, whatever is taught to be considered bad, is met with some kind of punishment, either in this lifetime, or the next.
If you're just an Atheist, then it will not matter to you what a deity thinks. Bad behavior would be judged by human standards, with punishments done on a human scale, such as jail time, fines, etc.
As a believer in God, I would say that God does care if you go against His laws. What happens after death is your risk. If you're open to follow His laws truthfully, then you can be forgiven. If not, then as the saying goes, "may God have mercy on your soul !"

That really depends on your motive and your thoughts. If you just make a mistake and apologize, then no. Frankly, I don't see why he would care, in a bad way, although he does care because he cares about you. But if you purposefully do something wrong, then he does care.

Yes.
Bad in what perspective? Parental, social, ecclesiastical?
But he is full of mercy and wants to forgive you and restore you to a right standing with all entities involved.

God doesn't expect perfection. It's our own silliness. Anger, resentment,
and rebellion, that cause all the problems!
