It depends on what you're eating and how much! It's been proven that eating smaller meals about 5-6 times a day is much better than eating two large meals. Make sure you get lots of fiber...and the good kind, try to get more soluble fibers vs. insoluble. It breaks down easier in your body...and drink lots of water!

As long as you don't overeat, it's actually better to eat every 2 hours. When you eat a lot every four hours, you body stores the energy it can't use at the time as fat. If you feed your body more slowly (every 2 hours) it doesn't have to resort to making the extra calories into fat.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

It depends what you eat-if it's veggies and fruits then yes, if it's cookies and chips, then no. It's better to eat something smalle every FOUR hours rather than two.
