Bacon, sausage, black pudding, thick sliced potatoes, sliced onions and beef stock. You can change the meats to suit, ie corned beef.
It is a dish designed to use leftovers and is an old dish from the north east of England. My mum still makes it at 88. I often had it growing up.

you mean pan haggerty..its an old northumbrian dish, made from potatoes onion and ham.
