Use the fire to heat water in a container to boiling. Pipe it to a steam driven compressor to compress refrigerent to cool the ice chest. Don't forget the condenser, evaporator and expansion valve.

You could build a sterling engine (external combusion engine) to power a generator, to run a standard electric fridge.
