Give some to a charity - whatever one doesn't matter, animals/people/the search for the holy grail - your call, nobody else's.
Give some to friends and family - check tax laws first so you can eliminate any of it going to the govt.
give some to a complete stranger for no good reason whatsoever
leave a million in used notes in a brown paper bag on a bus.
A week later, phone the bus company and ask for the "lost property" department, to see if it was found by an honest person.
Oh, yeah - don't forget - buy something for yourself, too.

Sorry to disappoint you - but I am going to win it.
I will be helping the homeless as a priority - and those poor people that are just about to become homeless.
A couple of quid will go to the NSPCC as well as to the RSPCA and Wood Green Animal Shelter.
My daughter will have a house nearer to us and the grandchildren will have to think about where they want to go on holiday.
I think I would have to go back to Australia to see my Dad. At 87 he is a bit cranky - but he is still my Dad! At least with that sort of money I wouldn't have to stay with him this time and get told off for getting home late! (I had my 49th Birthday when we went over last time and still got told off for getting home late!)
Tell you what - if I do win it, I'll take you out for a fantastic meal! But you have to promise that if you win, you will take me out! Hope you don't mind if hubby comes along!

Personally, I would buy multiple houses in different countries as well as a variety of overpriced cars (i.e. Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc.).

Duh! You pay off all your bills! and invest property screw charity! Everyone is always like oooh you gotta donate money to the poor, well you were poor until you got that money so enjoy it! Just invest it well so our kids can enjoy it as well in the future
