anyone who can meet the citizenship requirements is entitled to become a citizen. illegal entry should eliminate them from qualifying for a period of 5 years AFTER their deportation and subsequent LEGAL entry into the usa.

All people can apply to enter legally,they will be evaluated and then it will be decided .That's the lawful LEGAL way.Only the illegal that come here demanding rights
that they don't have any "Right" too are the ones that
should be sent back to their home.
I want the US to be like Canada,they only allow the
most intelligent and skilled into their nation first.They don't have that "family" preference thing that we do.All we seem to let in are poor people that then bring in more poor people.This nation cannot continue on this path to self destruction.We must put a stop to this now.We cant support any more poor people from other lands.We must take care of legal Americans first.

If the ability to break the law qualifies someone to be welcomed with open arms into our nation, we are indeed a depraved society
I find it absurd that criminals would waste our time demanding amnesty for their crimes. Citizens of this country do not have the option of demanding amnesty for the crimes they have committed on American soil. Why would we grant amnesty to foreign nationals who have blatantly shown their disrespect for the laws and principles of America?
The only right an illegal aliens has is the right to leave of their own accord or wait to be deported upon their discovery.

I say deport them immediately and ban them from ever having a chance at citizenship. What they are doing is illegal. Just because they want a better life does not entitle them to break the law. I want a better life for my family. Does that mean I can rob a bank? If you want to come here and enjoy the benefits of being an american, DO IT LEGALLY.

We should require that our Federal Government has a complete Immigration Reform.....Obviously the laws in place are not functional and the departments that have been appointed are so overwhelmed and or just do not want to do their jobs to the benefit of America.....they need to do internal investigations and reconstruct

We need to stand here in America, and say no more, we welcome all immigrants, but you must do it with in our laws. Here in America we learn at a young age, to respect our laws, you make not always like them but we must always respect the law.
