My Dad.

They do variouse engeneering things dealing with planes and other flying things.

They can work for NASA, McDonald Douglas, Gruman, GE, etc.

Benifits depend of experiance and what you are doing exactally. Same as any other job.

You would need to study engineering, math, and some other science courses. You may end up just geting an engineering degree with a couple classes focusing on aeronautical engeneering or you could get an aeronautical engeneering degree.

It would take the same as any other degree, 4 years or so. A masters degree would be a good thing to get too.

Try looking up the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics (PIA). http://www.pia.edu/web/admissions/

Aeronautical Engineers work with aircraft design, they work for companies like Boeing, Lockheed, Airbus etc, they need 4 years of college with lots of math & science courses and the benefits are relative to the company hiring them.
Contact Boeing or Lockheed and ask them.

specific, after various years of school (no longer night college, on account that maximum airplane upkeep is complete at night) and internships, and so on. required for a level in AE. AME adventure could be a component in preliminary employment, in that useful field adventure will supply an engineer a 'sense' for what works in the actual international, as adversarial to what's displayed on the 'drafting board'. I specific wish the engineers who got here up with a number of the airplane configurations I stumbled on in the sphere were compelled to do upkeep on them as a penance for their short-sightedness
