You have been through a lot, I cant make any suggestion as to what it might be, I think your best option is the specialist clinic. Good luck in getting it sorted soon..;

I had problems in the past with acid indigestion and i would get really sick. My doctor recommended Prilosec. It worked great. Try It!! It won't hurt.
The best thing about it, is that you only have to take 1 pill in the morning for 14 days and you are good for 4 months.
Also, if you take a teaspoon of vinegar and you don't get heartburn after taking it, that means your body does not have enough acid. Which can als cause heartburn or acid indigestion. If you take the vinegar and you get heartburn or acid indegestion that means you have to much acid in your stomach and you need to change your diet. You can also purchase vinegar tablets if you do not want wish to take the vinegar right out of the bottle. Because it is pretty gross.
Good Luck!

I'd say, don't worry about what people say. If you are comfortable with him and his religion and your family and CLOSE friends are also comfortable with it, then that's all that matters. As long as the two of you are completely honest with each other and your intentions, then you just need to follow your heart. It may be true that Arab Muslims often act in such a way but that doesn't mean that everyone of them does or has to. Unfortunately, there is ALWAYS a risk in marrying someone, regardless of their religion, because so many people will say one thing and then change when the time comes. All you can do is trust yourself and hope for the best. If you love him, then stay with him. If someone in your life is hurting you or being too judgmental, remove them from your life. You don't need people always dragging you down and if these people continue to act that way, pretty soon they will have no friends and hopefully they will realize why. If they don't, who cares? They won't be bothering you anymore. Good Luck!

1) regarding the vicoden- be cautious and protect yourself as it is highly addictive. in addition someone who takes vicoden for lengthy ongoing basis / or is addicted to- will have a sympton of stomach upset possible heartburn that become almost unbearable. i know this as i helped very close friend free self from vicoden addiction. BTW vicoden is extremely addictive in a matter of a week. your body begins to crave the drug. my personal suggestion is to eliminate the vicoden.
2) regarding heartburn- are you having difficult time in personal life and need to change some things? i had constant heartburn once for about the same length of time... and always had my bottle of mylanta and maalox. finally one day it just improved.. i was under much stress and once i changed that the heartburn gradually became better.

In addition to the vinegar and the baking soda, you might try papaya enzyme capsules: My husband has a huge problem similar to yours and the Prilosec no longer seems to help him. Or sometimes if it gets real bad I will make him a cup of Tension Tamer tea and add a dash of powderred ginger, a spoon of sugar, and a spoon of honey. And it seems to help.
Have you been checked for Sleep Apnea? Sometimes that has similar symptoms to acid reflux.
If you can, I do suggest that you follow your doctor's advice and see about getting to a clinic.
Good luck!

I use baking soda dissolved in water. It is a base which neutralizes acid. Heartburn is usually hydrochloric acid. Hope it works. Good luck

Try a teaspoon of vinegar. Do it right now and it will go away instantly.
