I am on social security benifits, so the bank gave me only a basic bank account with no Visa debit card, Can I get a prepaid credit card online which can be topped up by using my bank account??

PayPal would not enable prepaid enjoying cards for use as investment materials. Breaking the regulations of a value device together as making a value would not sound like a stable theory to me. in case you have some form of dispute with the broking, PayPal can only declare you in violation of their person words and close your account. they gained't do something to help somebody overtly violating their regulations.

yes you can...Quidity..its not a credit card or debit and you just put on ho ever much you want.....just put it in the search engine
