How can I tell if a woman –whom I don't know– wants my package?

You can't tell...
Most women...(and yes there probably are some), don't look at a guys croch and say, "I want his package." Yes, she may be interested in you and may wonder about what your like in bed or something but there is no way to tell, especially if you don't know them.

Okay, let's not call it a name, package, etc.... Unless, you are under 20. Have you been on more than three dates? Has there been heavy making out? Have you guy's been naked? If you answered yes to any of these then I would say there is a 75% chance she wants the package. One more comment on the PACKAGE. It sounds like some kind of present you open or a big surprise or something. Trust me we know what is down there!!! By the way if you consider that you have the package then you better know how to use it!!!!!!

just whip it out and if she doesn't call the cops than your in if she does and its a dude cop but him to shame by whipping it out. if it's a chick cop impress her by whipping it out. if it is both male and female cop that come. kiss the chick cop finger the girl that called the cops and slap the dude cop with your package and run like hell

if she has USPS and UPS.com as favorites on her PC she is definitely hung up on packages and may want yours "delivered"
