This is a pretty good alternative to tiramisu cake and a lot easier to make. Ring-Around-the-Tuna 1 package (3 oz.) Jell-O Lime or Lemon-Lime Gelatin 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup boiling water 3/4 cup cold water 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 teaspoons grated onion 1/2 cup diced cucumber 1/2 cup diced celery * 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento * 2 tablespoons sliced stuffed olives 1 can (7 oz) tuna, drained and flaked (*) or reduce celery to 1/4 cup and substitute 1/2 chopped tomato for the pimiento. Dissolve Jell-O Gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water, vinegar, and onion. Chill until very thick. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into individual ring molds or a 1-quart ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp salad greens. If desired, serve with additional tuna and top salads with mayonnaise. Makes 3 2/3 cups, or about 4 entree servings.

I make it sometimes- it's pretty easy but there are some elusive ingredients that I've only been able to find at a Kroger grocery store.
You need:
Coffee liquor
strongly brewed coffee
Lady fingers (little soft cakes)
Cool whip-1 container
Mascarpone cheese-1 container (similar to cream cheese)
Cocoa powder

Mix together a cup of the coffee with a half cup of the coffee liquor and set aside. Fold together the mascarpone cheese with the cool whip but don't stir too much or all the air bubbles will mix out of it. Next, dip the lady fingers into the coffee mixture and lay them out in a glass dish. Put down a layer of the cheese-coolwhip mixture and then sprinkle with cocoa powder. Repeat until all the ingredients are gone, finishing with cheese-coolwhip and a dusting of cocoa powder.

Ingredience:Butter recipe cake mix, 6 egg yolks, 1 1/4 cups sugar, 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, 1 pint heavy cream; whipped, 3 ounces Kahlua, 1/2 cup espresso or strong-brewed coffee, cocoa, confectioners' sugar,
White Chocolate Sauce: 4 ounces white chocolate, 3/4 cup heavy cream,
Dark Chocolate Sauce:
1 cup half & half, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step #1
Prepare cake mix according to package directions and bake in 2 round layers.
Step #2
When cake has cooled, slice each layer to make four layers.
Step #3
Place waxed paper between layers and refrigerate until ready to assemble cake.
Step #4
Beat together egg yolks and sugar in top of double boiler until smooth and lemon colored.
Step #5
Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove mixture from heat.
Step #6
Stir in cream cheese, beating well. Let cool to room temperature. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step #7
Combine Kahlua and espresso.
Step #8
To assemble cake, place first layer on cake plate and brush with Kahlua mixture. Spread cream cheese mixture until it barely spills over the edge.
Step #9
Repeat with remaining cake layers, finishing with cream cheese mixture. Dust top of cake with cocoas and confectioners' sugar. Serve with White Chocolate Sauce and Dark Chocolate Sauce swirled together on plates.

White Chocolate Sauce:

Melt white chocolate. Heat cream to boiling point. Whisk cream into melted chocolate until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Dark Chocolate Sauce:

Combine half & half, sugar, cocoa, and butter in heavy, small saucepan. Whisk over low heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts. Increase heat to medium and whisk until sauce just begins to simmer. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool before serving.
