Even the Christians in the first century were told not to eat blood. They were to abstain from it.
Acts 15:28-29 --"For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: that you abstain from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well."
Acts 15:20--"but that we write unto them, that they abstain from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from what is strangled, and from blood."
Blood represents life and the blood of humans and animals rightly belongs to the giver of that life, Jehovah God.
Leviticus 17:14--"As for the life of all flesh, the blood of it represents the life of it; therefore I said to the Israelites, You shall partake of the blood of no kind of flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats of it shall be cut off."
This law applies to all Christians. Therefore blood is viewed as sacred to us just as it is to our Creator.

The blood is an atoning sacrifice. God wasn't going to eat it anymore than he ate the blood that Jesus shed on the cross. The comment about sharing is ridiculous. The blood and fat were part of the sacrifice, the sacrifice wouldn't have been enough to cover the offerer's sins without it.

In context of the verse you've quoted, these set of rules where given through Mosiac law to the tribe of Levites or the priests, in order to give them clear instructions on how to handle animal sacrifices. From my understanding, the fat and the blood were burnt up at the altar and given as an offering. The priests, who regularly enjoyed some of the leftover animal sacrifices from time to time, were told avoid eating certain portions of the animals for health reasons. Consider this: if the priests ate the fat and the blood of the animals, which are considered edible portions today, over time their health would wear down and they would not be able to fufill their purpose by functioning their bodies optimally.
In regards to your question, I see that your logical reasoning sounds a lot like that of Christians who tend to quote scripture without regard to historical context or any other kind of non-judgemental reasoning process. Perhaps you can someday rise above that nature of thinking to eventually see things more clearly.

I've never accepted ,that what we know as God told us to kill animals.
That's pagan, coming from the knowledge spirits first entered the material
world by living in physical things. These memories are what distorted the
knowledge of reincarnation. We don't have to come back as lesser
beings.
Through the vanity of mans mind, he thought he could make up for this
wrong, by blaming the animals and sacrificing them to God.
After reading Hebrews, where it says, "You have not resisted unto blood."
I've concluded that "blood" is a symbolic term. It refers to ones Personal
Spiritual Power.
When they sacrificed animals, they put their hands on the animals head, while the priest invoked words of power, and the negative energies in the
man went into the animal. And then the animal was destroyed, releasing the
negativity to the spirit world to be handled.
But God tried to clean all this up. Using the preists, who did purification
rituals, and later the Final Blood Sacrifice, Jesus Christ.
Isaiah said in the beginning and end of his book, that God hates the
bloodletting of animals, and it is an abomination. But people enjoy it, and
won't quit! It still happens today!.

God used animal sacrifice to demonstrate the need of a sacrifice in order to make penance for sin; and God gives us forgiveness in exchange. The whole thing about animal sacrifice was to prepare people mentally for the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross; the ultimate penance for our sins.
look, us Christians arnt surprised by anything u find in the Bible. if u really want to know how Catholics feel about every issue, then go pick up a copy of the Catholic Catechism, it explans the Bible in depth, so we dont have to explain it in depth to you. if u have a question about what we believe in, ask it based on the information there, i do believe a religion has the right to interpret its own sacred writings. if u have a beef to pick, go find the interpretations.

The only way to atone for sins was a blood sacrifice ( the sacrifice of a lamb ) pure and unblemished. But there came a
point where the sacrifice of the lamb was not enough to atone for sin not even 100,000 lambs. There was no one on earth that was pure and unblemished therefore Jesus was born of the flesh to atone the sins of human kind.

The one true God loves US ALL. He has given us the path for the salvation of our eternal soul thru His Son, Jesus.
Isn't it odd that on one hand, muslims attempt to deceive by saying that "allah" is the same god as the one true God...yet here it's seen that a muslim (assumption based upon earlier posts) is CLEARLY stating a difference. Interesting.
Pray for muslims that they may open their hearts and their minds to the love and mercy of the one true God, and to salvation thru His Son, Jesus, and that they may find the way away from the evil and wickedness that is the false god allah and islam.

Leviticus 17:10And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
