I use some stuff Called Rev xp that was made to focus on the midsection and with a diet and some basic exercise I lost 20 lbs.

The tough part about losing wieght is keeping it off. No one wants to buy pills for ever to stay at a certain weight

No; there are no true quick fixes when it comes to nutrition; either you take care of your body from the beginning, or you don't. If your have a problem with dieting, the best thing you can do is contact your doctor for advice on what to do for your individual situation; since no two humans are alike, that would be the best place to start. The greatest thing to remember about pills, is, their manufacturers usually build in a side-effect; which cause more problems than the pill was supposed to fix; which usually means more pills; more side-effects; more pills; and so on and so on... til your dead, and they have all your money.
Talk to your doctor, and do those things your supposed to do to maintain your diet; eat moderately and cover all the major and basic food groups, and get out in the world and exercise, even if it's just a walk.
Computer key boards are not a recognized exercise.

Don't buy anything from a television commercial. If you're interested in diet pills, go into GNC (General Nutrition Centers) or Vitamin Shoppe or someplace like that and ask about them.

Drinking coffee will decrease your appetite. That's what the diet pills are about. They don't MAKE you lose weight. They decrease your appetite. Smoking cigarettes (the nicotine) decreases your appetite as well, but I don't suggest taking that up. Diet pills can be dangerous. You have to make sure you're always getting a certain number of calories: a certain number of carbohydrates, protein, fat, yes fat, and you should be taking a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral supplement every day twice a day if you are going to go on a diet. Good luck!

Some of them work, most of them can create serious health problems and once you quit taking them the weight comes back. The manufacturers get rich, buyers of the product get poorer and if you believe all the commercials you hear, then there would be no bad products and we all know that isn't true. Eat a healthy diet and exercise it the only safe and effective way to lose weight and keep it off

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Usually they don't work. And even if they do, when you stop taking the pills you just gain all the weight back. I really wouldn't recommend anything other than choosing healthier foods to eat, cutting out as many sugary and high fat foods as possible, eating more vegetables and fruits daily, and if you want to lose 1 pound a week, cut 250 calories off your daily calorie count and burn 250 calories through exercise a day. That adds up to 3500 calories less a week, which equals about one pound of fat.

With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

I dont know about the pills on the commericals because I personally dont know anyone. But, my friend is taking these brazilian pills which she says makes you feel like if your on drugs/wire for the first few days. Her hands and legs would shake until your body would get use to it. She's lost a lot of weight well, she had to stop because she lost more weight then what she wanted.

I take diet supplements everyday, and they do not work except for energy. You have to use diet and exercise with them, no matter what pill it is. I am right there with ya hon, I would love to drop about 50 pounds.....wanna do it together, we can keep in touch online.....and have kind of a competition, that is the best way to diet, with someone else....and all my friends are skinny (kinds ticks me off too, lol)
