Burning or difficult urination. Frequently needing to goto the bathroom and then when you go nothing comes out or barely anything. Fowl smelling urine. Any discomfort while urinating. If your unsure you could goto the hospital and do a dip stick test where you would urinate in a cup and they put a dipstick in the cup and tell you if you have an infection usually denoted with a high count of white blood cells, pus cells. Good luck!

Urgency(like you have to go NOW), frequency(but not really going much at one time) and pain. Sometimes there is not pain or burning..but usually there is ..also blood might be seen at the end of the stream..just a few drops.
