I would imagine it depends on the size of the orange. I always take 1,000 mg of C daily and never get sick. I like fresh oranges much better than orange juice also. Canned items always lose some nutrients.

I THINK VITAMIN "C" IS ALWAYS THERE IN ORANGES.

THEY DON'T CHANGE THEIR PROPERTIES DEPENDING ON THE DAY YOU COSUME THEM.
