Call whom ever thought the class,it shouldn't be a problem!But you should always have a copy!

It depends on where you're at but it's not a big deal to get a duplicate one. I'd contact wherever you took the class and if that doesn't work try your local Red Cross they'll be able to tell you.
I've included the following questions and answers for Texas CPR cards but like I said it may be different where you're at but it still should not be any problem at all.

When do I receive my CPR card?
You will receive your American Heart CPR card at the end of the class.

How long is the CPR card good for?
All CPR course cards are good for 2 years.

How do I pay for the class?
You can pay by check with a valid driver's license or by cash at the time of the class.

What should I wear?
The courses involve hands-on practice sessions so please, wear something comfortable
that you can move around in.

Will there be a test?
There is no longer a test for the lay person, but a skills check. There is a test for healthcare providers and a skills check.

Is CPR difficult to learn?
CPR classes consist of knowledge and skills, both of which can be learned by almost any able-bodied person, adult or teenager. It is important, however, to pay close attention to the specifics of all instructions in the class



What if I have never taken CPR before.
That's fine. No prior knowledge is required to take any of the classes CPR/AED or First Aid classes. Decide which level of certification will best suit your needs and we'll help you learn what you need to know



What do I do if I need to cancel a class?
I request that a 24 hour notice be given. You can do that by sending an email to texascprtraining@yahoo.com


What do I do if I lose my CPR card?
No problem! Call us and we will be happy to issue you a duplicate card. Please give the date/month of the class you took. You will be charged a $5.00 replacement fee



What if I feel like I need a refresher course before my card expires?
All participants that have certified with me in the past two years can come to my office anytime and sit in on a scheduled class as many times as you would like during your two year certification at no extra charge



Can't I just take an online CPR course?
If you are taking a CPR course for your job, PLEASE check with your employer first as most businesses will not accept any certification through an online CPR course except the American Heart Online Renewal Course for Healthcare Providers

To my knowledge - only the Instructor - or someone with proof that you successfully completed the instruction - shall be able to give you another CPR card.

there is no use getting a dup.u anyways need to renew it by doing the course every one year
