I havnt had one in forever! And i've been looking for a while....I dont want to hear anything about "my time will come" eiter! Im not ugly and I have had them before but I want one NOW grrr....anyway any advice on how to snag someones attention? And I'm not to young or anything either...im 17!

Seriously, when you aren't looking for one you will find one. I went through a dry spell (boyfriend wise) from highschool until my senior year in college. I dated a lot but never settled down. And I definitely *wanted* a boyfriend the entire time. Then out of nowhere, I fell for a guy I worked with and we've been together for over a year. I was never the girl who had a boyfriend, I was always the single girl who asked random people to be her date. I always hooked up but never settled on one person. It's nice to be the one in a relationship but you can't force it. You need to find someone who is looking for the same thing. Try match.com or something...haha

well if i was 17 i sure would have given it a try.....Just be you is all I have to say there are no real tricks or gimmicks in catching a mate....if you play a game in order to get a boyfriend then that realtionship will be no more than a game....if your honest and just be yourself then that relationship will be real..........my advice is stop trying to hard sit back and relax, when your trying to hard that will tend to well scare em off a bit or worse make them feel your after one thing and thats not good and what i fear the most someone that turns out to be a bit emotionally unstable..so be yourself relax and get out and do the things you enjoy the most and during these times you just might meet him.

you may be ugly and not know it. good looking women have no problem meeting guys, guys quickly approach good looking women. good looking women don't have to do anything. ugly women have to find a way to become good looking.,, and don't ask your friends. your friends will tell you you aren't ugly just to be nice.,, also, the question you just asked states you are 17, but your profile says you are 19. so, considering that you have an honesty problem, i would say the problem is that you are ugly, but don't want to be honest with yourself.also, any picture you post will probably not even be really you.

I think you might benefit from going to different places. Hanging around with different people. If your friends are the only ones you see then how are you supposed to be exposed? Being exposed is the sure way to finding someone except dressing sexy and taking care of yourself.

Wait. You'll find someone. Spend time shopping, with friends, or do a sport. Once you get a boyfiend you might not have as much free time. You could also meet someone doing any of that! Good LUCK!

You need to quit trying so hard. Maybe you are coming on so desparate that guys sense this and shy away. Be natural, it might help to keep informed on issues that interest guys as well... sometimes a bit of intelligence and interest can spark a guys interest.

No you don't NEED a boyfriend, you WANT a boyfriend. You're too desperate, no guy likes that. Try enjoying being single. You don't want to just throw yourself at a guy! Find someone that you'll love.

You don't NEED a boyfriend. and thats probably why you can't find one is cuz you think you need one. learn to be happy without a boyfriend, and he'll come. Its weird how that works. Well good luck and I hope ya find him!
