You should see the dr. it is sounding like there could be a problem, u did not say but have u felt under the neck area left and right side for soreness, u could have a swollen gland or more than 1, you could have a tooth or gum problem such as infection, infection in glands, lymp nodes, dental all could cause the face to appear swollen. Or r u taking any new meds, any new herbal remedies or any drugs u have not ever used before, another reason for a swollen face is allergic reaction, which could come from any of the above I mentioned, or even diet, r u eating foods u never ate before, and 1 more reason I know of is excessive alcohol. Please see ur dr. for a real check up. And make sure u tell the dr. anything that can help assist in this, hope I gave u good advice that can be of some help.

The weight you are gaining in your face is probably just due to water retention because of the change in eating habits. Have you been eating more salts? You could try flushing your body by drinking more water or even hitting a sauna a couple times a week, If all else fails try a water pill as long as your Dr says its O.K. remember just cause you can buy something over the counter doesn't always mean its safe for you.
Good luck.

It sure is possible and the bad news is that it's hereditary. I've always had an extra chin, even at my thinnest. Not much you can do about it other than liposuction, which I don't reccomend. You can try doing facial excercises and cutting down on drinking anything except for water. I've found those things help a bit.

Sure is! Look at the Jenny Craig lady, shes thinning out and her face is still that of a chunky person. Id make sure I went to the bliss website and got some fatgirlslim lotion and took care of it before it got out of hand. if you let it go too long your face will never look the same!

Maybe you have been eating salty foods and retaining water, or it's that time of the month coming. If it's chronic, I'd see the doc about it.
