The only thing it could do is dry your skin out. This won't mess your tattoo up, but it will make you itching and uncomfortable. If you've had your tattoo long enough, make sure you use lotion.

cold dries your skin - can make your tattoo tighten a little (as your skin tightens as well)
but keep it moisturised and stay wrapped up and i can think of no problems:)
