Beer and Wine are not standard. In both cases it varies greatly with the fermentation process. Beer makers do not have to put a % alcohol on their labels, I believe wine does.
Beer is typically around 3 to 6 % alcohol but can go as high as 10 or 12%. Wine is about the same. Double the % to get proof.
Whiskey also depends on the make, but ranges in the 30 to 60% range.
And there are those that will fall outside the ranges I've provided.

These products are well defined by local laws.
Name, Wine and Beer implies between X and Y % alcohol in it.
Ails (type of Beer)have higher % . This will depends on the local laws and regulation.
Common in the market, Whisky is 80 Proof, ie 40% alcohol.
There are other alcohols that are as high as190 Proof, it is Wormwood Whiskey from Italy. Wood alcohol causes blindness in human, I have see this product but I think name has no representation, it is not a wood product.
There is a Moonshine, the only legal kind that is call Lightening, it is also about 190 Proof.
You cannot maintain this level, as the product is unstable, it will evaporate, and absorb water from air and will be diluted on opening the bottle, this is because it has affinity for water.
Addy-500 cars use 100% alcohol in their car it can be drank, but by law it has some poison in it, so it is not for human consumption. It is transported in a special container, and very carefully loaded in the gas tank with people waring special equipment car tanks are equipt with special caps, it burns without flame, so once in a while the attendant start shouting and jumping and are soaked with flame retardants.
Some deserts are warmed up at the table in a restaurant by spraying alcohol and lighting it they are about 180 Proof.

It varies. Beer is usually 5-6% alcohol so roughly 10-12 proof. Wine a bit more. Whiskey usually 40% alcohol or 80 proof. There are some moonshine types of whisky that are alot higher tho.

All whiskeys are distilled and crafted to AT LEAST 40%abv so they are the big daddies on your list. After that, wine and beer are fairly close, but wine gets the silver as an overall average. Even though many many beers are coming out in the double digit range and can surpass mony wines, on average wine is stronger. SO WHISKEY (Strongest) WINE (Stronger) BEER (Strong)

Beer varies enormously between about 2 deg proof to 8 deg proof.
Wine is generally 14 deg proof as any higher will spoil the flavour
Spirits generally are 40 deg Proof
