The only punishment that willfully wicked people receive from God is that they will instantly be put out of existance without torture or pain, but they will have no hope of a resurrection. Satan and his demons will also receive the same fate.
Hell is not a place of eternal torment like Christendom teaches. The Bible hell is where all people go when they die. It is the common grave.
How do we know that hell is the grave? Well, we can read many verses in God's Word that assures us of that fact. Here are but a few:
Psalm 139:8--"If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there." (If hell is a fiery, hot place of torture, would David think God (Psalms 83:18) would be there ?)
Amos 9:2--"Though they dig into hell, From there My hand shall take them; Though they climb up to heaven, From there I will bring them down." ( Can you dig into fire? No, but you can dig into the earth and God can find you no matter where you try to hide.)
Jonah 2:2--"And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice." ( The belly of the fish would have been Jonah's grave, if God had not rescued him.)
Ecclesiates 3:19,20--"For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again."
( Humans and animals go to the same place when they die)
Revelation 1:18--"I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death." (Why would Jesus need keys to hell? Because the dead do not have to stay in hell forever; they can be resurrected back to life.)
Revelation 20:13-14--"And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." (Hell delivers up the dead, meaning a resurrection from the grave), and what happens to death & hell? They are thrown into the lake of fire, meaning total destruction.
Jehovah is a God of love and justice and he tortures no one.

There are some places in the Bible too where God says He hates the wicked. We are under a New Covenant- through Jesus Christ- Why do you who do not believe in the truth of God continually think you should be able to go to Heaven, yet still sin while here on earth? Willingly sin...that is so sad. There are consequences for sin- and it is the person sinning who will be punished. Just like our justice system- when someone commits a crime, they are punished- right? Does the judge then say "Well we will just send your crime to jail" --NO! How absurd!
One must believe and repent of sin- Believe in Jesus Christ who died on the cross and rose again- What saddens me the most is that Jesus suffered immensly and many people could care less. There is no greater Love than that of Jesus Christ!

Because the sinner always has the chance to change ask for forgiveness and follow the true path. If the sinner is not repentant then why should God forgive if you are happy with your sin? God can forgive the sinner and still hate the sin....

He sends the UNREPENTANT sinner to Hell. Or more accurately, they send themselves by their disobedience. He can't banish sin from the world to Hell because when He gave dominion to Adam and Eve over the Earth, THEY forfeited that authority to Satan when they submitted to his will through sin, thereby eliminating God from the equation. God could only find "legal entry" back to Earth to be the "propitiation for our sins" through the Virgin birth; otherwise He'd been born with the same sin-curse that was placed upon man after the Fall and therefore couldn't QUALIFY to be the sacrifice that was required to afford us the opportunity to escape from our sins.

God provides the sinner with a bridge to heaven. If the sinner is fool enough not to make use of it, then he has chosen hell. God doesn't "send" anyone anywhere. He welcomes all those who come across the bridge, and mourns for those of His beloved children who refuse to do so.

Ask any psychologist about the concept of tough love. A parent will always love his child but there may come a time when the child is so rebellious, so hateful, so destructive to the whole family environment that the parent has no other alternative but to demand that the child leave the family. Scripture says that God is long suffering so that no one must be lost. There may come a time though when a person is so rebellious, so hateful, so destructive to the spiritual world which God desires that He has no alternative other than to demand the child leave.

Well, you obviously read too much Old Testament war stories. In the New Testament, especially John 3:16, the Bible talks about how God loves His creation, and that includes everyone. (Satan maybe? Probably not, but that is not for us to worry about.) Even speaking to His prophets in the Old Testament, we learn that God doesn't hate people, it is just that all of the terrible things attributed to God would be like parents spanking kids-- tough love.

The Bible also says that you reap what you sow. It's the price of free will that we have to be accountable for our actions.
Another point, is more research needs to be done on hell. Did you know almost all religions believe in a fiery tormented place. Does this make it true. Hell and death are both done away with in Revalation 20; 13 and 14

He doesnt like the sin we engage in; but is still ready and willing to love the peroson.
Sin is an act or action, and he doesnt sin actions to Hell, He sends the people that refuse to stop doing sin and wont believe in Him as God

God hates the sin but loves the sinner He wants for you to ecept Him and love Him as He loves us for Gods sake look at what He did for you would you do that for your own mothers best friends to save a life we say we will but think about it if you were looking into the nose of a gun or someone straped tons of explosives around you and showed you your new girlfriend or boyfriend and said for them to live you would have to die would you,Jesus did it for us knowing that we would denie Him and make fun of Him and His believers,so do we have that kind of love or are we just fine the way we are. no matter how you live your life or if you ever except Him just remember He will always love you and also remember if you dont except Him as you personal savior you cant enter in the Kingdom of Heaven.sin is fun but God wants us to make the chose to keep it or give it up.matt 6:33,6:13,john3;5-7.i pray that someday you make the right chose.
