I was going to say "Friends Reunited" to find an English person, but it does not work to find a French person, they don't even have France as a location. I am French and I could not find my friend Margaret Duglas that I met in Africa, Kenya. So it did not work for me.
You could try to Q&A by clicking on the French flag at the bottom of the page and ask in French: in "voyage":
Y a-t'il quelqu'un de Lille ici ? Que veut dire "la Biz. de Delphine ou de Keith ? Merci.
Or:
Comment puis-je retrouver mon amie Delphine de Lille, je suis anglaise. Keith.
