My computer keeps saying (unicode ATL.DLL version not allowed on windows 95. I have windows 98! How do I fix this?

Humble One - As soon as I try to sign
onto my homepage at Verizon - I get
the error box saying "unicode version
of ATL.DLL cannot be used on Win 95.
Whenever I try to go to a new web site -
this box pops up. Eventually freezes
