smoking it there selves. free pot to them. if they were not going to smoke it they would have charged you with it.no matter how small of an amount it was.the more charges the better it looks for them.

Many times if there is a greater offense, they will let the minor petty offenses slide. What's the point of giving a $50 citation for marijuana when they know you can go to prison for several years for the forgery? It's all officer discretion. Often times, they will confiscate and use the drugs to train their drug dogs too!

forgery is a big enough charge for them to make a case against you . a small amount of weed want make much different you should be glad the cops did you a favor.

It's cheaper that way. LOL...why don't you go back and demand they arrest you for it as well. Ever hear of discretion. Most of you want to bash them then when they cut ya a break you question the motive. WOW
