C'mon guys, you're disappointing me! Sugar cookies is all? What about rice krispy treats sprinkled with red and green sugar? Or chocolate crinkle cookies? Any variety here?!

My absolute favorite is mocha crisps... they have espresso & instant coffee in the dough, then get rolled out and shaped like refrigerator cookies (and decorated with coffee beans!). I usually make mine like little snowmen or gingerbread men with beans for buttons. My second favorite is "Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies" (I think they're on the verybestbaking.com site). It's like a traditional sugar cookie, but the cream cheese gives it a much richer flavor (I always thought sugar cookies were SO bland!).
