Just wondering in a general sense. What do you do to show him you love him? What sorts of things does he do to reassure you he accepts your love?

Well, i show my bf all the time, by cooking for him and giving him a whole whole whole lot of affection...he loves it. He does the same thing in return. He loves affection and this always makes him feel so good.

My bf also told me that he would never eat a girls ****, if he didnt love her. *laughing*

So, i guess he loves me....

The little every day things count way more than a big gesture. I make my husband breakfast, pack him a lunch, see him to the door and have dinner hot on the table when he walks in the door from work every day. I do our laundry, and work very hard to keep the house clean so that it's a pleasant and relaxing place for him to come home to. He doesn't get a massage every day, but a couple times a week at least. This isn't one sided, though. He takes care of all the maintenance and work on our vehicles, mows the yard, trims the trees and bushes, and is always willing to help me or my family with anything that's needed.

I go home when he's tired. My boyfriend works very early morning hours and usually has to get up at 5:00 in the morning, so when I come over to have dinner or watch TV or something, if he starts getting really quiet I know that he's tired and I don't try to get him to talk or anything, and as soon as he starts fading I say, "Okay honey, I'm going to go home because you're falling asleep on the couch and you need to go to bed." I usually get a lot of goodnight kisses before I leave, which is how I know he appreciates me going home so he doesn't have to worry about "entertaining" me or making sure he resets the alarm before he leaves in the morning. I also give him lots of kisses and hugs.

He cooks for me. A lot. And doesn't put up a fight when I demand my 20 second hugs every day (they are a "trick" for bonding with your mate). He does, however, enjoy playing the bored five year old while we're hugging, but that just makes me laugh because he knows the longer he's poopy about it the longer I'll hug him, because he's not "really" giving me a 20 second hug, so he acts like a five year old on purpose. Plus, I usually get a really nice kiss after our 20 second hug. He also doesn't lose track of me if we're out together someplace and he gets separated. We went to D.C. to an exhibit at the Smithsonian last spring and every time I moved into a different room it only took him about 3 seconds to figure out I'd left the room he was in and come find me. It was really cute. He's very big on "where did girl go? must find girl. can't get separated from girl. girl must be protected."

I am kind to him, show him affection, pack his lunch, listen to him, give him cards frequently, and tell him I love him!
He does most of these things in return. I don't need to be "reassured" that he accepts my love, it is just a given.

to show my boyfriend i love him, i like to do little things. remember things he might like, buy him certain groceries and keep them at my house, order a drink for him without him asking, rub his back or neck while he's driving, kiss him when the mood strikes me, ask questions so that we can get to know each other better. my boyfriend listens to all the little things i say...and brings them up in other conversations. if i mention i need more toothpaste, he will bring it by the next time i see him. little things like that mean the most because it shows you were thinking about someone and that you care to take care of them.

For me it is just being there for the person you love. Show that you support them and you're always thinking of them. I am not saying make them your life. But a little one on one time just talking goes a long way. Also random acts of kindness goes a long way.

I always like to show my man I love him by giving him sex when ever and howver he wants it. Any other time we normally just spend time together by the pool and talk about our feelings and thoughts. In returns he is with me when ever he isnt working and makes me feel complete by showing that I am the only person in his life. Gotta Love em!

You go out of your way to do something that you know he cares about. Let him know that ya always got his back. Reassurance should come with either words or awesome bed action.

I never leave the house without giving a kiss and saying I LOVE YOU. I never hang up the phone without saying I LOVE YOU. The little things matter....BIG TIME.

It may be little things like cooking him a big meal, after he comes home from work and making sure that he is fully relaxed. Or it may be as big as getting dressed up and taking him somewhere special, or making our home that "Special" place. Anything that I would want to happen to me, I do for my husband.
