Ok... so I have been talking to this guy for about 2 weeks....I really like him and I am pretty sure he is into me too... so we were kissing the other night and it started to get hot but then stopped him and told him I am not ready to get into anything yet...b/c I have just met you.. I mean I really wanted to though, but I want him to have respect for me and I dont want to just be left high and dry after!!! I know it really just matters how I feel and what I want, but what I want to know is how long is a good time to make a guy wait for him to respect you and is it ok to do all that other fun stuff without having sex for the first month or 2. Or is that just being a tease or childish? Thanks a lot for your help!!!

I think that you can safely "tease" him for at least a month while you date...you're going to find out more about him, and he will find out more about you. That will make that eventual sexual encounter so much more meaningful and satisfying!
