Vitamins are better absorbed by supplement's. the problem is that the body gets used to the supplements and stops looking for nutrients in food.

Nothing can be better then taking into your body vitamins from fresh and healthy food. The supplements are chemical substances, besides the written that they are natural.

Getting your vitamins from food is the best way. SUPPLEMENTS ARE CALLED SUPPLEMENTS BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY ARE FOR, SUPPLEMENTING FOOD. WHEN EATING REAL FOOD VITAMINS ARE ABSORBED BETTER DUE TO PHYTOCHEMICALS.

Foods, but nowadays there are time-released multi-vitamins and multi-minerals. I know cuz I used to take them when I was lifting weights hardcore. Big muthers (the tablets I mean--real hard to swallow). *gag!*
