What are the main ingredients of red hair colour and what do they not agree with?

Do you mean hair dye?
If so then hair dye has ammonia and hydrogen peroxide which aren't too good for the hair. It can cause:
Breakage of hair stands.
Loss of hair.
Dry scalp.

and also hair dye is not very good for the bone marrow.

Not sure about permanent red hair dyes but if veggie based temp hair dyes (3-6 weeks ones) the ingredients for Special Effects and Manic Panic ones can be found here....
