Why do people meet other people on the Internet just to "hook up" and never see each other again? why do people go crazy sending pics online as if though they have never seen another human being ever? why do they not realize that is just pathetic?!

Simple we're genetically programed for it. I think. Men are ment to love women and visa versa. Why? Because if you read in Genesis of the Bible where God made woman from Adam's rib He did it because God saw and said that it's not good for man to be alone he needs a partner. Get it. It's part of God's unique plan for all of us that we have a life partner be it a man or a woman who will be there for us and also for procreation and so much more. It's destiny. But I also agree it shouldn't be rushed. Waiting is better so that when the right man or woman for you comes along you'll be more then ready for the relationship and adventure with mr. or miss right. As far as the online thing goes I think they need to get up and meet in person before fully knowing if it's love or lust at first site.

i completely agree with you on the fact that people look pathetic hooking up with others online. however if you do happen to meet someone face to face why not attempt to establish a relationship if you're compatible. I'm a hopeless romantic and i love being in love, even with all the pain that comes with being in a relationship. being in love is my "getting high." it's a feeling above all other that you will never understand unless you've been in love and you've felt it.

No hurry here. . .yes, some people do that but, it's what works for them. . you know??? It might not be for us. . .but, I mean some of what we have done or will do in life to grow and experiance things, so that we can evolve as the people we are, might sound rediculous and pathetic to them. . .but, we really can't judge eachother. . .it's not our place. . . and we are all different. . .how boring woudl it be if we were all the same anyway?. . . Furthermore, I use my 360 site as a means to connect with others because that connection between myself and others. . .whether it be here, on the streets of my city, or wherever life takes me to connect with them. . . I love people. . .thoughts ideas. . .just people. . . and that is where I durrive a lot of my inner energy from are those connections ( :

ur rite - if they would get out in the real world more often - they may have a better chance.....and most of the times the pics are not even them....but its exciting to meet new people so that may be why they think hooking up online is so great...
