Girl was told in no uncertain terms what was required for a relationship.Blew me off once, then twice,then three times. Keeps on writing,telling me how she will do what i want if I will only write her.contact her. I think she is just too immature for a relationship. I do have feelings but am hurt by her many betrayals. Should I try to maintain or just chalk it up to experience. ?

Okay sounds like she isnt the only one having issues with being ready for a relationship. You dont tell someone in no uncertain terms what they have to do to keep you happy. When you start a relationship out being the Boss then you have already set it up to fail. Being in a relationship is about caring about and for each other. You both have to want to work on everything together. Compromise is imporant on both parts. Having standards is good but dont go demand any woman to be your lap dog we dont work that way. If something she does really bother her talk to her tell her how annoying or hurtful it is but dont demand she not do it. Women dont understand being told what to do bc we are used to being the bossy ones and have to be talked to like an adult not a bad dog or child.

what do you mean "what was required for a relationship?" It seems your being bossy and keeping her in a box?? Unless you just mean the usual "don't cheat on me or treat me like crap."
In that case, if she can't even hold that end of the bargain up, yes she's immature and possibly selfish. If I were you, I'd say goodbye to her and chalk it up to an experience to learn from. And an experience that taught you how to be strong and stand up for yourself. If she actually starts SHOWING you that she is changing, that's another story. But saying "I'll change if you do this first" is not changing. She needs to find you, contact you, DO something that shows you she means it

Why can't you call her? How is it betrayal that she hasn't called you because you gave her an outline of what she has to do to be in a relationship with you, how lame is that? Why can't she say her terms for being in a relationship too and have you meet them? What about what SHE wants? A relationship is a partnership, not just a "Do this and I'll be your boyfriend." She's better off being single than being with you.

Chalk it up to experience. If she values your relationship she will learn an important lesson. You are not doing her any favors by letting her get away with treating you that way.

Dump her for good and loose all and any contact with her.
