A girl i work with is Wiccan and kind of intrigues me. What's the ramifications of dating one?

There are no particular ramifications. It is just like dating a person of any other belief system. For the most part a person of the Wiccan faith is just like anyone else.
For some reason a lot of people don't understand what a Wiccan is and have a very wrong idea of what that faith is about and often think they deal in the dark side. This is completely untrue. Please do some research about the Wiccan faith and learn about their beliefs and see for yourself.

Why would there be any ramifications? I am w female Witch with Wiccan 'leanings', so you would have to ask my partner, who is an atheist, if he thinks that there are any ramifications. I don't do my worship around him, and he in turn doesn't tell me I'm a nutter! Although, he may be secretly thinking I am, but I don't care! Religion should be left out of reltaionships.

there are none, wicca is just a religion to do with witchcraft, if you don't get spooked by her casting spells etc...I used to be well into that thing and there are no sacrifices or anything like that unless of course you get to satanism and devil worship which is where you would REALLY need to think hard about getting into that, what with the brood mares etc....whatever you do just be careful and as long as you stick to the good side it should be fine, good look with you're girl oh and by the way I am a christian now

Wiccans are just like dating anyone else. just because they view Deity a bit differently than others, doesn't mean they date differently. :)
Just relax and ask her out! :)
