Absolutely. Especially if someone he knows will be going also. He won't just show up by himself since he's shy so make sure he knows one of his friends will be there. Showing him extra attention by giving him the invitation personally is very good. You have to make the first moves when you're dealing with a shy guy

Absolutely, give it a try. Make sure you give him the invitation personally and also, make sure you write his name on it, that way he will feel that you truly want him to come. If one of his friends is coming, he'll feel more comfortable. Maybe he can bring along more of his guy friends. He may be shy, but not antisocial. BTW, happy 15th!

Yea it would be a good idea. Your in school, so inviting a boy to your party would be normal, just make sure otehr guys are there also, he wouldn't want to come to a party just with girls. Good luck I hope everything works out for you!

I think he will - and way to go for being assertive! Shy guys can be tough because it's hard to tell whether they like you or not - but I know he'll apprecaite you making the first move.

well i would suggest that you give him the invite and that you really hope he comes and tell him to call you and let you know if he is or isnt able to come

Good Idea of giving it yourself, don't forget to make him your first priority that day.

Tell him you would really like him to come. Let it be known to him that you want him there. Sounds like fun party. I don't see why he wouldn't want to come.
