I have 2 kittens, 4 months old, persian. The female is called shadow, which has grayish, black hair. And another called Yuffie, which is a male.. My question is, how do i make them love me more, and just make tem always want me to pet them. What should i do? Yuffie always sorta runs away from me, how do i stop that ?

Cats are fickle. Spend time playing with them, but recognize when they want to be left alone. My cat is attached to me at the hip...when she wants to be. Know when to let the cats be alone and do their thing...without you picking them up and bugging them.

If Yuffie is a bit skittish, when you look at him, slowly narrow your eyes, you can even do a slow blink if you want to. Hopefully, eventually, he'll narrow his eyes back at you. I always think that they are blowing their equivalent of kiss when they do this - but whatever it means, it seems to make them more comfortable.
I wouldn't chase after Yuffie as he runs away ... just catch his eye & slow wink a kiss at him.
If you're always the one to feed them & then you can lap up a little cupboard love, just before you put the bowls down. Then hang around while they are eating & slowly smooth them down.
Another way, is to get some irresistible little small toy (maybe one on a line attached to a stick) & ignore the cats but play with the toy in their presence. Hopefully, they will join in of their own accord &, if you play every day, will look forward to their play sessions with you.
They are still only little but as time goes by I'm sure they'll trust you more & more & love you back as much as you love them.

Ignore them.... once they notice you are not willingly giving attention - they will come to you - cats love affection and to be pet and cuddled but on their terms. If they see you are not making an effort, they will. I know it sounds means but they will get cuddly soon enough.

give them good quality food, fresh water all the time, toys to play with and lots of love.
