This morning I driving to my house and accidently squished a mother cat. I was distracted by my little nephew because he kept throwing his baby bottle at me. I noticed the cat had 3 kittens. Do you think I should go and find them? I don't want to feel too guilty.

Go get the kittens dude. They're probably going to get hit from standing over their dead mom's corpse wondering why she isn't moving!!!

I would've taken them right then and there. Those tiny little kitties were still dependant on Mama Cat, and don't know how to fend for themselves. Get them to a vet if you don't have the know-how and/or time to deal with them. I have two beautiful 6 year old cats who were turned into my vet when they were about two weeks old. They've been with me since about 3 weeks. They make excellent pets, even if they didn't have their mom when they "needed" her.

If it hasn't been a really long time, please do. Call your local humane society for help if they're still nursing age. They'll have a foster care person who can bottle feed them. I hate the idea of a cat being killed, but you were not at fault; I'm sure you wouldn't have done it deliberately.

Actually, you should have stopped then and picked them up because someone could have hit them by now. Go and see if you can find them and take them to a shelter or the Humane Society. If they don't take them, you should take care of them until you find homes for them.

Go and try to find the kittens. Maybe they belong to someone who will care for them; if not, then you probably should try to help them.

YES YES YES please go back and find the kittens. if you cant take care of them go to a shelter or vet and they will take them in. please go back. they will die without their mother.
