I have taken many pictures over the past few years and have been urged on by friends and co-workers to look into selling some of my pictures. If I am contacted, I would be willing to discuss this.

Then sell them to your admirers. Why would I want to contact you? I have pictures I'd like to sell you, would you contact me?

if u want ur own site where ur photos could b published ,there is away,,google picasa,...its a free photo editing ,quality software from google inc.,which can b used to enahance the images we have and it has an inbuilt system to directly publish our pics to web.we can download free here http://angle-mine.blogspot.com
also i will suggest u to sign up for a flickr.com a/c.
there u will find many pros and amatuers to discuss whatever aspects u req.

If you have given those pictures to publishers and companies and they have been published with your contract terms settled then selling them would be wrong because its been copyrighted to your publishers.
