Persons who are ascentric...??? think themselves to be the most superior ones..???

If their attitude is that, which you described, then try taking them down a peg or two. If you make them feel stupid or inferior, chances are, they won't like it and stay away from you. Worse case scenario is, they will get angry and avoid you all together after wards. Good Luck.

If this person is truly an influential person in your life, then you could possibly benefit from their eccentricities. There could be a valid reason for their superior actions. Try to get to know them and find out. If they really don't possess these capabilities, but are in a position to cause you a problem...say with your job...then stay away as much as possible. Being hateful and ugly towards them will only come back to bite you. Avoidance usually works.....you can't change them.

do have signs that you are irritated and is not interested to be like him.
then, much better the truth will set you free, tell him that you care as a friend and he had these traits that makes people scram away...
so be that true friend, before someone not close to him will put a shame of telling him how annoying he is.
be real enough to tell people specially disordered one that they are not anymore of the normal minds that they need to get their feet on the ground. no matter what he is and how his rich or brilliant... we all start from nothing and die nothing... so he must not carry his chair and be responsible enough to warm him before hes too late and be placed on asylum.
