I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who's got problem hair that requires a lot of attenion who's tried these things. I've got black/mexican hair that requires being fully dried in sections unless you want a frizzy mess. Do those Wet to Dry Conair irons work? Do they damage your hair? Would you recommend something else? Thanks!

I used to the Wet 2 Straight by Remington to dry my hair when I first got it but I realized that it made more fly-aways. My hair looks better (and I would recommend to anyone who uses a straightener--if this works for you) to blow dry your hair and then use a straightener. It may cause just as much damage, but I found that the steam from the straightener hurt my hands and also damaged my hair.

I have wavy hair and own both a wet to dry flattening iron and a regular ceramic flattening iron. I went back to my regular iron. I think it's best to blow out your hair first and then straighten it for best results. The wet/dry iron is only good if you are pressed for time. You have to use it in conjunction with a straightening serum.

I've used it and it works it does get kind of frizzy but the best way to prevent that is to use Bio-silk or some kind of frizz oil what I think works for my hair is the Herbal Essence pin straight hair shampoo and conditioner or Sleek from suave.

there's stuff to control frizzy/ damaged hair, it's a serum type thing and costs around 10$. if you put this in your hair everyday and either braid it while it's wet and leave it over night to get waves, or use a normal flat iron(i reccommend ebay, just search ceramic hair iron,) to straighten it

Why don't you use a regular blow dryer w/ a comb? and try some stuff for the frizz and heat to protect your hair.

I use one, and it works. Makes my hair kinda poofy, not fizzy though. it's weird..hah. but yeah i like it. but sometimes i feel like it's burning my hair, so i use it maybe once a week, or when I'm in a hurry.

I have one among those yet its compared to you may apply it to drenched hair lol. you should def. blow dry your hair ninety% formerly you take advantage of that. because then it may extremely screw your hair up.
