This year it is just my partner and I. I am looking for something small and inexpensive just for us.

I know you can buy small hams at the grocery store. Hams in my area are going for $1.19 - $1.79 a pound. You can see if one of your local stores has a web site and check on line before you go out to the store.

Ham is usually on sale this time of the year and you should have no problem finding one that is the right size.

Happy Thanksgiving!

ham is costing about 1.59 to 1.79 here in the midwest--i usually buy a whole ham then have the butcher cut in half leaving the bone in one half of the ham. this way you can get a couple of meals out of a ham--when it is cut one half is all ham-then you can freeze the ham with the bone--later on you can cook ham and navy beans the ham bone seasons the navy beans. don't forget the make corn bread.
