Well, it will probably take about 20 hours to thaw in the refrigerator (give or take -- they usually say 24 hrs for every 5 lbs. but I find that it takes a little longer. Maybe my fridge is too cold) so just leave it there. For future information, it should be fine for up to one week but be sure to put it in a pot or over a plate as it will leak as it thaws.
