Most photo editing software can be used to convert the color image to black and white just by removing the color. There used to be a site www.photoisland.com but they have been closed down.

hey,wait...just upload them to ur computer only and then give innumerous efffects to them using photoshop.
if ut find photoshop tough enough,u can try google picasa too.(we ca download free here http://angle-mine.blogspot.com )
It is damn easy yet a quality software that automatically searches any image available in ur computer and then easy to operate clik buttons converts it into whatever effects u want.
some inbuilt system to make a photo-website also included in picasa.

Why? Get Irfanview. it's free, ( google it) and convert them yourself.
